The primary function of the on-line bookkeeping service is to periodically check the entries that you or your staff have recorded. Obvious errors or mistakes will be automatically corrected,
while in other cases one of our consultants will first check with you on the nature of the entry recorded.
This is done while you continue to work without interruption and ensures your company books and reports will always be accurate and that they meet with accepted standards.
The accounting file comes with a step-by-step setup program where you provide information with regards to your organisation, the opening balances of accounts and account names you want to use.
While every effort was made to make this process as simple as possible, we understand that this may still seem quite daunting to some people. It's for this reason that we offer to set you books up
for you, using the information you provide. This way, your company books will be accurate right from the start!
When this occurs we will do a final check on your files. We then close the books for the period concerned and transfer all relevant balances to a new, fresh set of books so that you may continue working.
A full set of financial statements is made available to you within the software so that you may print or e-mail it to your tax practitioner/ accounting officer to process with the Receiver of Revenue.
If you do not have an accounting officer, we can forward this to one of our affilliate accounting partners to process for you.

Any function or service that requires the expertise of a tax practitioner or an accountant is regarded as an extended service. Submissions of VAT, UIF and Tax returns whether via e-filing or in person also falls under entended services.
When these types of services are required we can assist by using our affiliated partners. These professionals will, however, charge for their services so the cost of this falls beyond the scope of the bookkeeping service provided.
